1. The one hour intake meetings are a flat fee of £180 (inc VAT) . This is the initial one to one meeting.
2. After this meeting you will be asked to sign The Agreement to Mediate which is the contract between us. This also sets out the charges made.
3. All meetings are requested to be paid for "up front" when booked by bank transfer.
4. For mediation joint meetings the rate is £180 per person per hour (inc VAT) 
5. After mediation has started mediation has started you will be charged for the work done which is charged at the same rate which is £180 per person per hour (inc VAT).
6. If additional time is spent in the mediation appointment you will be separately invoiced for this.
7. Any documents drafted after the meeting will be charged at the same hourly rate - you will be given an indication of likely cost and will be agreed with you in advance
